Things To Do On 9 Month Anniversary

Film Humex

When I shot the film Humex, we chose with the prod (Elitimage) to shoot the film on a green background to embed in Postprod landscapes. You can watch the final result on my site.

Master Zen master or Zinc?

We decided to rotate the plane of the Zen Master (pictured above) in the lotus position late in the day. Until then everything was fine ... I was almost sure I can take my train back to Paris, I even told my client: "Finally a film where everything is going well! "You tell me, make a movie ad 8 seconds in a day, it should not be too complicated. We chose our
actor. Finally ... I later learned that this was a restaurant server local, and thus his first film.
He also proved that our rookie had a big big fondness for whiskey. When I asked him to get into the famous lotus position, we had the camera in front of a monk who was staggering, totally drunk: the monk was cast and the film was planted.
The producer had to call the ambulance because his condition was close to the alcoholic coma. All that to say that I could not catch my train back because we had to find another night in the monk to return to this plane the next day.

Since I always have a toothbrush on me when I turn, issue of superstition (Such a misadventure never reproduced). And I have better breath. This film, despite this history, has worked very well ... So stay Zen.

A Messages For A Debutant

The history of this crazy movie Citroen.

If you are under 25 years, there's a good chance that you've never seen this movie. His story is no less interesting.

Richard Raynal, my father (now it says I will not repeat), then Director of establishing the agency RSCG, has a new movie Citroen Jacques Seguela, in the latter's office. It arises under the nose the storyboard of a visa by racing with a fighter jet on an aircraft carrier. Jacques, as usual when he likes an idea, and says nothing rubs his lips with his forefinger. After long seconds of silence, Jacques rises to ask his assistant to call "the President". Richard wonders why Jacques tries to join the President of his own agency (?) Two minutes later, his assistant informed him that the President is online. "Hello Mr. President, I have a great film for the French army for a large French brand Citroen. Mr. President, could you lend me an aircraft carrier to make a film advertising? "..." Thank you Mr. President. "Jacques hangs up, looks at Richard, then said, 'Okay, you have a aircraft carrier, you can shoot your film. "Richard understands that while Jacques was in direct line with God: Francois Mitterrand.
A month later, the entire crew landed at Toulon to board the aircraft carrier said. A Once at sea, the Pasha (the big boss of the aircraft carrier), who did not appreciate at all this fad Mitterrand, deliberately preventing film crews to work, making landings (Landing and departure of aircraft) unabated. Two days later, our Pacha resolves to leave an afternoon respite from its pilots to leave the movie to turn. Apart from some minor technical problems Launching of Visa, the movie takes place smoothly. On the way back, the pasha sympathize a little with Richard. This explains the idea of the film: it is a car that mimics a fighter jet at takeoff. An hour later, Richard returns to the Pasha and said, "Tell me, I'm not creative but it's not steal a car ... One of my best friends has a class nuclear submarine, and it is in corner, 400 or 500 feet deep: it would although it was the car back to the surface.
It's funny the number of designers who participated in the making of this film: Richard Raynal Jacques Seguela, assisted by François Mitterrand and a Pasha.

C is listening to my father tell stories that made me want to do this job completely magical and amazing. Even though today it has changed ... I'll come back later.
